CASTRIX ("we", "us", "our") is a talent and casting agency based in Cairo, Egypt. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. What Data We Collect
When you fill out any form on our website (Models, Event & Brand Crew, Casting, UGC Creators, Actors & Extras, or Brand Inquiry), we collect the information you provide, which may include: your name, age, gender, city, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, TikTok handle, other social media links, physical measurements (height, weight), clothing sizes, photos you upload, experience details, availability preferences, and any additional text you write in the form.
For brand inquiries, we collect: company name, contact person name, email, phone, project details, budget range, and timeline.
2. Why We Collect It
We use your data exclusively to match you with casting and work opportunities from brands and clients. Specifically, we use it to build and maintain a talent database, filter and match talent to specific gig requirements, contact you about relevant opportunities, and communicate project details when a match is found.
3. How We Store It
Form submissions are processed and stored via Formcarry (formcarry.com), a secure form backend service. Formcarry uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission. Your uploaded photos are stored as part of the form submission within Formcarry's infrastructure.
We may also export your data to internal tools (spreadsheets, CRM) for talent management purposes. All internal access is restricted to authorized CASTRIX team members only.
4. Photos You Upload
Photos you upload through our forms are used solely for talent identification and matching purposes. We require unedited, natural photos so that clients can accurately assess fit for their projects. We do not publish your photos publicly without your explicit consent. Photos are stored securely and are only shared with clients in the context of a specific casting opportunity.
5. Your Consent
By checking the consent box on any of our forms, you agree to CASTRIX collecting, storing, and using your data as described in this policy. You also consent to being contacted via your preferred method (WhatsApp, email, or both) regarding casting and work opportunities.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data from our systems, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at team@castrix.agency with the subject line "Data Request" and we will respond within 14 business days.
7. Cookies
Our website does not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising. If we add analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly and a cookie consent banner will be implemented.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services: Formcarry for form submissions and data storage, Google Fonts for typography (which may log anonymized usage data per Google's privacy policy), and Fontshare for the Clash Display font. We do not use any advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking pixels.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as it is relevant for matching you with opportunities. If you have not been contacted or matched within 24 months, we may archive or delete your data. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including using HTTPS encryption across our entire website, secure form submission via Formcarry, and restricting data access to authorized team members. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our forms require applicants to be at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has submitted data through our forms, please contact us immediately at team@castrix.agency and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
